  • Designed to be transparent and easy to understand, our Basic Plan covers everything you need for a seamless, beautiful matcha bar experience at your event. The base service fee of $200 includes two full hours of service, during which our barista will set up, prepare, and serve hand-crafted matcha drinks to your guests with care and efficiency.

    • Base service fee: $200 (includes 2 hours)
    • Additional hour: $100/hour
    • Weekend surcharge: +$400 (applies 9am–1pm only)
    • After 3PM: standard pricing with normal additional fees

    Each individual matcha drink is priced between $7–$10, depending on style and customization. This per-drink model allows you to plan precisely around your guest count.

Nationwide Travel Plans

m. CHA is proud to bring our artisanal matcha experience to events anywhere across the United States. We have structured our travel-based pricing to be as clear and fair as possible, so you can plan your event with full confidence. Whether you are hosting a wedding in Sacramento, a brand activation in Chicago, a wellness retreat in the mountains of Colorado, or a grand reception in New York City — we will travel to you.

Our travel plans are tiered by distance, with each tier carefully calculated to cover logistics while keeping your investment reasonable. For longer distances, we work closely with you to plan every detail — from routing and timing to accommodation — ensuring our barista arrives fresh, prepared, and ready to deliver an exceptional experience from the very first cup.

    Up to 50 miles from Sacramento

    Travel is fully included in the Basic Plan. Ideal for events in Sacramento, the Bay Area foothills, and nearby communities. Starting from $340.

  • 2. Mid-Distance Plan

    50–200 miles

    An additional travel fee of $100–$300 applies, depending on distance. This covers California destinations such as San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, and Monterey, as well as neighboring states. Estimated total: $750–$900.

  • 3. Long-Distance Plan

    200+ miles — Anywhere in the U.S.

    For destinations across the country — Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Denver, New York, and beyond — travel fee is $1.00–$1.25/mile, plus hourly barista travel time and accommodation if an overnight stay is required ($150–$200/night). Estimated total for Sacramento → San Diego: $1,600–$1,800.

For events beyond the local area, we want to ensure complete transparency in how travel costs are calculated. Every long-distance quote is built from three straightforward components: the mileage fee, the barista's travel time compensation, and accommodation when an overnight stay is needed. There are no hidden charges — only honest, itemized pricing that reflects the real cost of bringing a premium, fully equipped matcha service to your door, wherever that may be.

When you reach out for a quote, simply share your event location, expected guest count, and desired service hours. We will provide a detailed, itemized estimate within 24 hours. For multi-day events or large-scale productions that require additional staffing or equipment, we are equally happy to discuss custom arrangements. Our goal is always to make the process easy, so you can focus entirely on your celebration.
